My interest in being your voice on the City Council is a natural outgrowth of my thirty- year residency in Ward One which has included ongoing involvement in the civic life of Annapolis. Over the years, I have consistently sought to assist in resolving a variety of issues facing the City. In this section, I have included information on positions I have taken in the past, in the form of letters, testimony, etc. Even though some of the materials date back to the ‘80s, many of the concerns remain relevant today. Hopefully, this brief look at my track record will give you a feel for how I would serve you in the future.
